When you use our AI virtual try-on and image generation services, we collect:

- Generated outputs: The AI-generated images resulting from your try-on requests.

Payment Information
We store a customer identifier and transaction records (amounts, dates, subscription status, credit balance). Payments are processed by Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play), and RevenueCat. We do not store your credit card number, bank account details, or full payment information.
Usage Information
We collect information about how you interact with our Services, including:
- Features used (virtual try-on, face swap, custom edit)
- Categories browsed and searches performed
- Generation history and timestamps
- Subscription and credit usage
Device and Technical Information
We automatically collect your device type, operating system version, app version, IP address, and device identifiers when you access our Services.
Onboarding Preferences
During onboarding, we collect your style preference (women’s or men’s clothing) and optional avatar photos (selfie and full-body image) to personalise your experience. These are stored locally on your device and in your account profile.

- Provide our Services: Process your images using our proprietary technology and third-party AI services (FASHN AI) to deliver virtual try-on results.
- Process payments: Manage your subscriptions, credits, and top-up purchases.

What We Do NOT Do With Your Data
- We do NOT use your photos or generated images to train AI models. Your content is processed solely to fulfil your requests.
- We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.
- We do NOT share your photos with advertisers or marketing partners.
- We do NOT use facial recognition to identify you outside of the virtual try-on processing.
How We Share Your Information
We share your information only with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate our Services:
- Authentication providers (Firebase Authentication): Receive your email, name, and profile information to manage your account and enable secure sign-in via Google, Apple, or email.
- Payment processors (Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat): Receive purchase information necessary to process transactions and manage subscriptions. These providers act as independent data controllers for payment data.
- AI processing providers (FASHN AI): Receive your uploaded images and text prompts to generate virtual try-on results. Processing is transient — images are used solely to fulfil your request and are not retained by the AI provider for training purposes.
- Cloud hosting and storage (Google Cloud, Firebase): Host and store your account data, generation history, and saved images on our behalf.
- Push notification services (Expo Push Notifications): Receive your device push token to deliver generation completion notifications.
- Analytics services: Receive anonymised usage data to help us understand how our Services are used and to improve them.
We may also share your information:
- To comply with applicable laws, legal processes, or government requests.
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of TryAnyOutfit, our users, or the public.

Mobile Application
Our mobile application uses standard analytics for service improvement. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-app tracking within the mobile application.

Account Deletion
When you delete your account:
- We delete your profile information, uploaded photos, generated images, wardrobe saves, and generation history.
- We cancel your subscriptions where technically possible. Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play must be cancelled directly through the respective app store before account deletion.
- We make commercially reasonable efforts to remove your data from third-party services.
- Certain payment records may be retained as required by financial regulations.
- Cached or backed-up copies may persist for a limited time in accordance with our standard data retention practices.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Encryption in transit: All communications use TLS/HTTPS encryption.
- Secure authentication: Managed through Firebase Authentication with industry-standard security practices.
- Access controls: Your data is scoped to your authenticated account and is not accessible to other users.
- Secure API keys: FASHN AI API keys and other sensitive credentials are stored server-side and never exposed to client devices.
- Cloud infrastructure: Our backend runs on Google Cloud Platform, which maintains industry-leading security certifications.

Your Rights
Access and Review
You can view your generation history, wardrobe, account information, and credit balance within the application at any time.
Deletion
You can delete individual generations and wardrobe items from within the app. You can also delete your entire account from your account settings.

You can manage push notification permissions through your device settings at any time.

Our third-party service providers (including FASHN AI) may transfer and process data in other jurisdictions. Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
